About me
Hello! I’m Javier, passionate about learning languages and sharing the richness of the Spanish language with the world. Although I now live in Brazil and enjoy teaching Spanish as a foreign language, my path wasn’t always clear.
I was born and raised in Cuba, speaking only Spanish. For a long time, I believed learning another language wasn’t for me. I tried several times to learn English but always gave up. It seemed too difficult and out of reach. However, one day, I decided to face the challenge and change that mindset.
That was a turning point in my life. Not only did I learn English, but I also started exploring Portuguese and French. Learning languages opened unexpected doors: I worked as a tour guide, helping people from all over the world discover Cuban culture in English and Spanish. Each language I learned felt like unlocking a new level in a video game, with incredible rewards: new friendships, cultural insights, and professional opportunities.
Today, with over a year of experience living in Brazil, I understand what it feels like to learn a language from scratch. I know the frustrations, the doubts, and, of course, the joy of every achievement. That’s why I designed my classes to be practical, motivating, and, above all, effective.

About de Classrooms
- The classes have a value of 196 dollars per month. This includes two classes per week of 1 hour each.
- The classes will be conducted entirely in Spanish. During the first sessions, I will speak in English to help you adapt to the language (Important: my English is not perfect, nor do I aim to perfect it for the classes. My goal is to help you adjust to my Spanish).
- The free trial class will last up to 30 minutes. This is your chance to see if you like my method and want to continue learning with me.
- Each class lasts 1 hour, although the duration can vary depending on your needs.
- You pay a monthly fee, and depending on the amount, the frequency of weekly classes will vary.
